Where our prices come from
Every deal on Bubblely is taken from the provider's own website or price list, or from the official product feed the provider shares through our affiliate network, Awin. We don't copy prices from other comparison sites.
- SIM-only and phone deals are checked against the provider's site or price list.
- Roaming charges in our UK Roaming Cost Report come from Vodafone, EE and O2's own pages, which we link to.
- Accessories in our shop come from InStock's product feed, which updates daily. We only list items that are in stock and have a working photo.
How often we check
We compare our deals against providers' feeds whenever we update the site, and check prices on providers' own sites every week or two. When a feed and a provider's website disagree, we go with the website. The date at the bottom of every page shows when the site was last updated.
What we compare
- Total cost, not just the monthly price: upfront fees, contract length and, for phones, the cost over two years with a SIM-only plan.
- Value: price per GB for SIM plans, and how much a travel eSIM saves compared with roaming.
- Flexibility: rolling monthly plans versus 12 or 24-month contracts, and whether prices can rise mid-contract.
- The basics: network coverage, 5G, EU roaming and whether you can keep your number.
How the "Recommended" order works
Deal lists start in our "Recommended" order. That order considers value for money and the commission we earn from each provider. We're upfront about this because it matters: a deal that pays us more may appear higher. You can always switch to Price: low to high or use the deal finder to see deals purely by price, data or contract.
Commission never changes the price you pay, and it never changes our review scores or what we write. Our disclosure page explains how we make money.
Featured deals
Sometimes a provider pays for a Featured spot at the top of a deal list. These are always marked "Featured" and only last for an agreed period. They never change our review scores, and you can still sort every list by price.
Which providers we list
We list providers we have a working affiliate partnership with, so every link is tracked and supports the site. That means we don't yet cover every network. Where a big network isn't listed, we say so, and our guides still mention it when it's relevant to your choice.
How we write reviews
Our reviews look at price, contract terms, flexibility, coverage claims and customer service options, using the provider's published terms and price lists. Scores are our editorial opinion. We include "things to know" alongside what we like, and we say who a provider is not right for.
Spotted a mistake?
Prices change fast. If you spot a deal that's ended or a price that's changed, tell us and we'll fix it, usually the same day.
